Joseph Dassin, the son of filmmaker Jules Dassin, appeared in a few supporting roles throughout the first part of the 1960s (his father directed two of the films, Topkapi (1964) and The Law (1959). However, in France and Québec, he is most recognized as pop singer Joe Dassin. He released his debut song, “Bip-Bip” (pronounced “Beep-Beep”), in 1965, but it wasn’t until 1968 that he found success with “Les Dalton”; from that point on, he continued to produce hits until his passing. By 1977, he was married and had two sons, but Joe had divorced a few months before he passed away.
Fair Condition: The photograph shows moderate signs of wear and tear. These might include some scratches or marks, minor fading, slight damage to the corners, small tears, and creases. Still, its vintage appeal remains intact.
