In 1978, a band of fiercely armed rebels from Katanga stormed the mining town of Kolwezi in Zaire, beginning to murder people, many of whom were of European descent. The legion was dispatched by France to evacuate the civilian population.
Very Good Condition: This photograph is in very good condition, showing only slight signs of age and use. Minimal corner wear, very light fading or a few light scratches might be present but don’t detract from the overall appeal.
