When his son, the heir to the throne, is born, King Louis XIII of France is overjoyed. However, his Queen gave birth to twin boys. In order to secure France’s future peace, Cardinal Richelieu sends the second son to Spain to be nurtured in secret because he believes he has the potential to start a revolution. Unfortunately, maintaining the secret requires sending D’Artagnan’s lover, Constance, to a convent. When D’Artagnan learns about this, he organizes the Musketeers to try and save her. Regretfully, Richelieu deceives the Musketeers and banishes them permanently.
Very Good Condition: This photograph is in very good condition, showing only slight signs of age and use. Minimal corner wear, very light fading or a few light scratches might be present but don’t detract from the overall appeal.
