Although there had been ideas since 1917 to shift from individual farming to a collective form of agricultural production, they were not widely put into practice until 1925 due to a more concentrated effort by the agricultural sector to increase the number of agricultural cooperatives and improve the efficiency of sovkhozes that were already in place. This was due to a variety of factors, including a lack of resources for agronomy and agricultural equipment. The collectivization project received a major boost in late 1927 during the XV Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, also known as the All-Union Communist party (Bolsheviks) or VKP.
This photograph is in good condition, bearing minor signs of age and use. There may be light scratches, slight fading, or minor corner wear, but it retains a strong visual impact and historical value.
