Vintage Original B&W Photo, Moscow Conference 1943

From October 18 to November 11, 1943, the Moscow Kremlin and Spiridonovka Palace hosted the Third Moscow Conference of the major Allies of World War II. It was made up of important ministers, generals, and diplomats who talked about coordinating the war effort and released the Moscow Declaration. Twelve talks between the foreign ministers of the Soviet Union (Vyacheslav Molotov), the United States (Cordell Hull), and the United Kingdom (Anthony Eden) produced the Moscow Declarations and established the European Advisory Commission. The Soviet Union and its allies eventually agreed to establish a global organization during the Moscow Conference in 1943. The Soviet Union’s Republic of China’s ambassador, Foo Ping-sheung, was invited to sign the Declaration of the Four Nations.
